You will now have full control over your own character restoration, fully devoid of customer support waiting times!
That’s right, Reclaimer servers are back!
What is Reclaimer?
Reclaimer is a separate server from live shards, where no gameplay can occur; however, it allows for characters to be recovered whenever you want, wherever you want!
Which characters are on Reclaimer?
On Reclaimer, you can find characters from the shards:
NA
- Hailol
- Seastone
- Faeblight
EU
- Bloodiron
NOTE: If you cannot find any characters on Reclaimer, it is possible that you have no characters to recover, or your characters may be under a different account than the one you are using right now!
It also may be possible that Reclaimer shows 0 characters on shard select even if characters are present; please make sure to access the shard to ensure any characters are available to be recovered.
Is there anything that doesn’t get transferred from Reclaimer?
Transfers from Reclaimer follow the common transfer rules.
